Business Hours & Communication

We operate Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST (GMT +5:30). All communication is handled via email at superpptdesigns@gmail.com or support@superpptdesigns.com. Emails received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day. signing NDAs when requested.

Project Process

  1. Clients send requests via email with necessary instructions and deadlines.
  2. We confirm deadlines during business hours.
  3. Clarifications, if any, will be sought over email.
  4. Deliverables are shared via email along with a time/effort summary.
  5. Iterations or additional work are submitted and the above steps repeated.
  6. Final delivery is made, and an invoice is issued.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours.
  • Urgent/same-day requests are accepted based on availability and may incur a surcharge.
  • Weekend deadlines require prior reservation. Deliveries submitted over the weekend will be completed between Tuesday to Friday.

Payments

  • Accepted via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, or PayPal.
  • Payment is due within 15 calendar days of invoicing (extendable to 30 days for bulk orders by mutual agreement).
  • Late payment may attract additional fee

Language Support

  • We work with non-English slides (German, Arabic, etc.) as long as instructions are provided in English.

Communication

  • We only support email communication. Phone calls are not part of our process.
    Advance reservation is required for large or time-critical requests.

NDA & Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of all client work and are open to signing NDAs when requested.
