Refund policy

At Super PPT Designs, we are committed to delivering high-quality presentation designs that meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of Service: If you do not receive the initial draft or completed work within the agreed-upon timeline and no communication or update is provided.
• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
• Major Design Deviation: If the final design delivered does not match the brief or significantly deviates from the approved concept, and we are unable to resolve it after revisions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If you change your mind after the order has been confirmed and work has begun. 
• If the dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after multiple rounds of revisions have already been completed. 
• For custom work that has already been fully delivered and approved. 
• Delays caused by incomplete information or feedback from the client.

Revision Policy

We offer a few free revisions (based on the type of plan opted for) to ensure you are satisfied with the final result. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges, which will be communicated clearly.

If a project is canceled by the client:

• Before work begins: A full refund will be issued, minus any payment processing fees.
• After work has started: A partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed.
• After final delivery: No refunds will be provided.

If a project is canceled by Super PPT Designs due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or pro-rated refund will be issued, depending on the stage of the project.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@superpptdesigns.com within 7 days of receiving the final delivery. Include your project name, order number, and a detailed reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 20-25 business days. Please note that any incidental charges (such as bank processing fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion fees) will be deducted from the refunded amount. The net amount received may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
